Dwatch is a product provided by Shenzhen Alading Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "us") for you to use in sports health records, display and health services related to mobile intelligent wearable devices.We attach great importance to your privacy. This privacy policy is a statement and commitment made for the privacy of Dwatch, which is an important part of the Dwatch Privacy Policy. In case of any inconsistency between the special agreements of the Watch and the Privacy Policy of the Watch, this Privacy Policy shall prevail; If there is no agreement in this privacy policy, the Dwatch Privacy Policy shall prevail.This Privacy Policy has been developed with your needs in mind, and it is important that you fully understand our personal information collection and use practices, while ensuring that you ultimately have control over the personal information you provide to us. 1.1  Circumstances where you must authorize us to collect and use personal information

1.1.1 Binding of smart wearable devices

In order to support the binding of your smart wearable device and the application, we may collect your Dwatch account information, the identification information of the smart wearable device, and the identification information of the mobile device (IMEI number encrypted by hash algorithm, imsi, Mac address, meid, Android ID, device hardware serial number, SIM card identification), mobile phone model, system version number, Bluetooth information of smart wearable devices, wearable device model. You need to log in to this application through your Dwatch account. During the process of registering your Dwatch account, your email, mobile phone number and other personal information may be collected. Please read the "Dwatch Account Privacy Policy" carefully before using the Dwatch account login function. At the same time, in order to associate your Dwatch account with your actions on this application, we will collect your Dwatch account ID.

 

1.1.2 Record and display sports health information

During your use of our smart wearable devices, we may collect and record information related to your exercise activities, including your steps, exercise distance, exercise time, heart rate, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and other information. In addition to this, we may collect personal information about you, including your nickname, gender, birthday, height, and weight. This information will be used to calculate and display your heart rate, steps, calories burned, etc. on your smart wearable devices and app pages, so that you can better understand your exercise status. Your personal information will also be used to provide you with exercise advice. This information will be displayed on the smart wearable devices and apps page, and you can check it at any time. If you do not provide your personal information (such as your gender, height, age, weight, etc.), we will use the default values to calculate and display your heart rate, steps, calories burned during exercise, etc., and we will also use the default values to provide you with exercise advice services.

 

In order to ensure the device connection experience and data synchronization stability, when you connect a wearable device, after the phone is turned off and restarted, in order to ensure the connection status between the wearable device and the application, the application needs to connect to the device through self-starting. If you turn off the app's auto-start, after you shut down the phone and restart it, if you don't open the app again, you will not be able to use related functions such as message notifications. In addition, when you use a wearable device to initiate outdoor sports, you need to connect the wearable device and the application to obtain the positioning information of the application and ensure the availability of data synchronization under the outdoor function.

 

1.2 You can choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information

In order to provide you with more convenient and better products and/or services and strive to improve your experience, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services provided to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of basic services such as the recording and display of sports health information on our platform, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience that these additional services bring to you. These additional services include:

 

1.2.1 Additional services based on camera permissions:

If you want to use your phone to measure your heart rate, after you turn on the camera permission, we will use the collection flash to collect your heart rate and show it to you. Rest assured, we only use flash for heart rate detection, no photos or videos. You can scan the QR code to bind the smart wearable device by enabling the camera permission of the app.

 

1.2.2 Additional services based on permissions to read and write external storage space (Android version):

If you want to use the picture in your phone or save the picture to your phone, after you turn on read and write external space permissions ,we will read the picture in your phone when you set the avatar picture.

 

1.2.3 Additional services based on Bluetooth permissions

If you want to connect the device through Bluetooth, you need to obtain relevant permissions such as Bluetooth enable, and upload the device data through the Bluetooth protocol and display it in the mobile phone.

 

1.2.4 Health data and control equipment on the device side

The health data on the device side is uploaded and displayed on the APP through Bluetooth binding connection or account binding; and some operations on the device side are controlled in the APP.

 

You can turn off the above permissions at any time to stop using related functions. For more information on this, please refer to the "Your Rights" section below. After you close the relevant permissions, you may not be able to continue to use the additional business functions based on permissions, but it will not affect your use of other services of this product.

 

1.3 You are fully aware that in the following situations, we do not need your consent to collect and use personal information

 

1) Related to the personal information controller's performance of the obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;

2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;

3) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;

1)Through Device-Add Device/Unbind Device, you can bind/unbind smart wearable devices;

2)Through My-Settings-Notification Settings, you can turn on or off the notification permission;

3)Through Device-Automatic Heart Rate Detection,Automatically Detect Blood Oxygen-Automatically Detect Blood Pressure,Automatically Detect Body Temperature, you can turn on or off the automatic monitoring function of the device;

4)Go to the mobile phone -Settings-App Management, find this application, enter Permission Management, you can turn on or off the relevant permissions (different mobile phone entrances will be different);

 

4.2 Your rights to your personal information

According to the laws and regulations of your applicable country or region, you have the right to request access, correction, and deletion of any personal information we hold about you (hereinafter referred to as the request).

If you want to log out of your Dwatch account, you can click Settings-Account Security]-Delete Account to log out of your Dwatch account. After canceling your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal information according to your requirements, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, please operate with caution. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you or others, we will judge whether or not to support your cancellation request based on your use of Dwatch's products and services.

Note: After you cancel your account, we will retain your relevant information in accordance with the "Internet Security Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations; after the statutory retention period is exceeded, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

 

5. Protection of Minor Information

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor over the age of 14 but under the age of 18, before using Dwatch products and related services, you should read and agree to this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians. Dwatch does not provide services to minors under the age of 14.
